Meet the Team

Jeff loves the fact that working at Composition is a different adventure every day. The opportunity to create new and innovative products is challenging and fulfilling. Jeff is a firm believer in "teamwork makes the dream work" and will put the Composition Team against any of its competition when it comes to quality and commitment. He holds an Executive MBA from the Claremont Graduate School. He is an avid wine collector and enjoys following all of his Michigan sports teams - both college and professional. In his free time, Jeff prefers to work in the yard, try new restaurants and spend time in
Big Bear Lake.

Christian's favorite thing about Composition is that we bring to life the visions of the world's most talented designers and procurement professionals of extraordinary hospitality projects. He enjoys challenging himself physically in the outdoors on a surfboard, snowboard and mountain bike. Christian is most proud of his daughter, Lana Mae, who recently founded a charitable organization "Bright Young Girl" to raise money for young women in the foster care system in Las Vegas.

Jenny has been with Composition for 8 years.
She holds a B.A. in Liberal Studies and an A.S. Degree in Kitchen and Bath as well as a Residential and Commercial Design Certification. Jenny loves puzzles and design, so after raising her two beautiful daughters it was a natural transition to a workplace that allows her to use all of her technical skills of organization, leadership and communication. Her favorite thing about Composition is that we have amazing people who are given the freedom to be awesome!

Judy has been with Composition for 8 years.
She was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA.
She holds a B.S in Organizational Management with a concentration on Human Resources.
Judy enjoys DIY craft projects with her 2 year old son, traveling to new places and celebrating with family.

Belky has been with Composition for 9 years. She loves the way the team is encouraged to take ownership of the company and make decisions that are best for all.
She was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA .
Belky holds a B.S. in Organizational Management.
In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her family.

Will has been with Composition for over 5 years.
He holds a Purchasing and Supply Chain Management Certificate and has over 8 years of accounting and payroll experience. Will is most proud of his 4 children who maintain good grades in school. His eldest daughter is following in her mother's footsteps in becoming a nurse.

Gloria has been with Composition for 5 years.
Her favorite thing about Composition is the team work. She feels that working as a team allows us to create the amazing products that set us apart in this industry.
She is very proud of her daughter whom she has raised to be respectful, trustworthy and kind.
In her free time, Gloria enjoys reading, doing puzzles and spending time with her daughter.

Shannon has been with Composition for 2 years.
She is fluent in Spanish which often surprises people.
Shannon was born and raised in Downey, CA and is most proud of having raised a son who is thoughtful, kind and strong. In her free time, she enjoys watching soccer and football, reading and spending time with her son.

Danny joined Composition 5 years ago. He was born in the Bay area and raised in El Salvador. He returned to the US when he was 19 years old. He loves the environment at Composition and the diversity of his job. He is most proud of his 13 year old son who is a dedicated and excellent student. In his free time, Danny enjoys mountain biking, hiking and spending time outdoors.

Hector has been with Composition for 4 years.
His favorite thing about Composition is the fun activities that are planned to unify and strengthen our team.
He was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA and enjoys playing tennis, hiking and arts and crafts.

Maribel has been with Composition for a year and a half. Her favorite thing about working here is the people.
She was born and raised in Los Angeles, CA.
In Maribel's free time, she enjoys reading and
watching anime.

Kristen recently joined the Composition team. She was born in Baldwin Park, CA and is enjoying learning about furniture and the business of hospitality. Kristen holds a B.A in Language, Culture and Society and an A.S. in both Interior Design and Kitchen and Bath Design.

April joined Composition in 2017 after 30 years in education as both a teacher and school principal. Learning the hospitality manufacturing business has been an exciting new challenge. She splits her time between helping out wherever needed at Composition (thus, the title "Girl Friday") and volunteering with the Assistance League. In her free time, April enjoys reading, cooking, wining and dining and hanging out with her pugs.
